CrossFit Beginner Sessions
Introduction to functional fitness tailored for adults new to
CrossFit. Classes focus on foundational movement patterns,
proper form, and scaling exercises to match your current fitness
level. You'll build strength and confidence in a welcoming

Strength Training Workshops
Monthly workshop series covering resistance training, muscle
engagement, and strength development. Topics include free
weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises designed for
mid-life fitness. Each workshop runs 60-90 minutes with time for
questions and form corrections.
